So sad, so sorry… **Q: What is the difference between the refrigerated version and this shelf stable version? and please don't say one needs to be refrigerated lol!** A: Supposedly probiotics are sensitive to heat and some bacteria will die if not temperature maintained. That's not to say that that the "shelf stable" isn't good. It just means it isn't required to be stored, or transported, in temperatures that will hopefully keep all of the bacteria you're hoping to add to your gut biome viable. Whereas the refrigerated option is suppose to be temperature modulated. **Q: Are these kept cool during storage and delivery?** A: We do keep all products in a temperature-controlled environment as per the label instructions when items are stored in our warehouse facilities. Please know that during manufacture, companies exceed the amount of organisms labeled on the bottle to ensure that by the time the customer receives it, the label claims will still be accurate.
