He'd taken to it from day one. Granted that 'everything' I use to own is now his, this in particular. He'd taken to it from day one. And if you touch it, he will know. Decent quality with all the features I wanted him to have. They all get utilized. 👍

The media could not be loaded.  Our new kitten loves this cat tree. I love that it has plenty of room for her to play without taking up a lot of space. I am even able to keep her food bowl on it so I don't have to worry about the dog eating her food. The customer service from this company is excellent. I had an issue and they fixed it right away. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the round wooden perch near the top isn't carpeted on the bottom and it bugs me. With it being above eye level it should be carpeted also. And the other reason was because the last part you put on where you twist the pieces up to tighten it to the ceiling is really hard to do. I feel like if the sock pieces that hide the giant screws wasn't attached to the disks at the ceiling it would be way easier to do. But even so, I was able to put the whole thing together by myself in less than an hour. All the pieces were labeled and it was super easy. So far it's been very sturdy and the kitten runs up and down it all day.

Both cats loved it immediately it’s especially nice if you have a smaller apartment like me because it fits perfectly in the corner.

My younger cat is obsessed!!! The instructions made the Assembling process more difficult than it actually was, took two hours with me and my fathers shared brain cell. This is the same price but twice the size of a cat tree you’d get at your local pet shop and the quality is good. I am so pleased with this purchase and my fur babies are as well

I’m a single lady and was able to put this together in about 2 hours. I did have to leave the top for another day as it confused me a little but I figured it out. The instructions do need to be a little clearer.I had to put cardboard underneath the top of one of the legs as it wouldn’t fit snuggly to my ceiling. Once I did that, all is well & it is sturdy now! My cats absolutely love this! They play on it all day & sleep in it at night too! This is one of the best purchases I have made! I highly recommend!

I love all the fun elements that it has for cats. I also liked that you can screw on the toys and you get an extra ball on a string. However, the instructions are tiny, only pictures and difficult to understand. I was able to install it but the top part that makes it grab the ceiling was too much work to install and I had to cut the covering because it kept getting tangled. I ended up putting some cardboard circles to make sure it was tight enough because I couldn't get it to stay completely. It still shakes a little but will not fall down on me or my cats. Please REWRITE the INSTRUCTIONS.

I was looking for something like this in pet stores. I was very skeptical as the prices were rocket high. I couldn’t find one costing less than $200. In fact most of the cat trees in pet stores are over $500. I found this one in Amazon and I am happy with the purchase. Easy to assemble however there were missing two or three bolts. Luckily I was able to find some in my garage that will fit the part to assemble. My cat loves it. She’s learning to climb so this is perfect for her.

The clear bowl at the top of the cat tree was actually broken when I received it. It doesn’t even bolt or screw into the tree. It just sits on top of the hole.It’s also a bit too tall for my ceiling but I modified the tree to fit.
