So far this thing has been amazing. We have lots of batteries being a farm. It seems to be very consistent and accurate. Very easy to use. Backlit LCD screen is easy to read. Lightweight and Functions great! It's helping us diagnose a starting problem with one larger cab tractor.

I saw this product tested on Project Farm and decided it was time to upgrade from my old battery tester, especially for the features versus price, and the recommendation of the Project Farm host. I jumped on it the other day when it was $4.00 off on a sale. I ordered it early in the morning and it arrived at my door the same day. I like that it has the battery test, starting circuit test, and the charging system test. I don't have any 24VDC batteries so I wasn't concerned that it didn't test those. I took it out to the garage and after breezing through the instructions and watching a couple YouTube videos I hooked it up to my 2013 RAV4's battery. It came on and displayed the menu. I picked battery installed and after entering my AGM flat plate battery and CCA it tested the battery and arrived at a GOOD BATTERY reading, but needed charged. I hooked up my 4A trickle charger and left it to charge up the battery. While it was charging up I took the tester outside to my 2000 Chevy Silverado and hooked it up. The battery tested GOOD BATTERY and I proceeded to test the charging system and the starting system. Both of those tests came back NORMAL. After the RAV4 battery charged up I tested it again and received a GOOD BATTERY result. I compared it to my old tester that only tests the battery and they were pretty close, and came up with the same GOOD BATTERY result. I like that this is small but has a lot of nice features packed into it such as keeping the CCA value so you don't have to re-enter it, reviewing the results, keeping several tests in memory, and the ability to print out the results. The display is backlit so it is easy to read. The clamps seem very robust and fairly heavy duty. This will do everything I want to keep tabs on my Truck, SUV, and UTV batteries health. Like I said before the shipping was quick and the package arrived at my door in good shape. Nothing not to like about this tool. One thing to note, when you perform the Quick Test the tester asks for the AH (Amp Hour Rating) of the battery only. If you divide the CCA of your battery by 7.5 you will get the approximate AH rating to enter into the tool.

I’ve just used this to test my 2016 Honda Pilot 12v and it worked like a charm. Use the quick test or plugged in battery tests to see the health of your car battery. Very useful to monitor battery health and prevent stuck on the road situations! The cold crank and charging tests are super useful too…making up all the tests you should need. Like that it doesn’t need batteries to work. Very nice battery tester!

Simple to use. It verified that my truck batteries life was about done allowing me time to get it another one before a big freeze hit my area. Instructions are in poor English, but good enough for you to follow the on-screen prompts.

I bought 4 of these based on a great test of many testers. This one was recommended for price and many reasons off a "Project ---" comparison test of many battery testers. Got here in 1 day to all 4 of us. At first it said my 2 yr old 4Runner battery was in "poor" health and to replace..Rated 600 CCA, but tester showed around 300. It starts fine. It showed my 12v trolling motor battery needing replacing also. I was ready send it back with bad review! Then I took the unit to my local Wal Mart battery dept and tested 4 car batteries from 410a to over 600 CCA. They all showed 100% and more CCA than painted on side!! I then check two 210CCA lawnmower batteries. They were 100% or 97% and around 280CCA.. Wow! Maybe it is as good as recommended. I like it giving me a CCA number. The best part was the young woman who was about to buy a big battery for her car I ran into her outside as the salesman was digging in to find her battery. They were getting to her 860CCA large battery in the "tire well area". She let me check it with the Wal Mart employee watching. It was 98% and showed more CCA that printed on the battery. The battery looked new. Later she said that she had some work on it recently and "O" R-------'S had sold her a new starter.. HMMM...She took a picture of the tester display, as I knew they were going to argue about the battery condition- after we told her to get another starter. Looked what is probably saved her. Soooooo, I came away now thinking this lil $35 device may be good after all. It is going to give me a bunch of info on aging batteries. I went home and checked my 210cca lawnmower battery. It wasn't 100% percent, but did show it "good" and the CCA was up there still! (That's my used lawnmower battery being tested in pix). I also was impressed with the charge on the batteries they were selling at WMart! So YES, I can recommend this tester. Now to see if alternator diagnostics any good.

Very good tester, tells you everything from cold cranking amp to charging. Affordable price Very easy to use. Project farm on YouTube has in depth reviews on battery testers and this one did extremely well so I decided to purchase and glad I did. If you're in need of a battery tester this one checks all the boxes.

Readings are repeatable and seem plausible. I used it on various size batteries from 180 CCA motor cycle battery to a 700 CCA car battery and it tests them with no problems. I haven't tested a bad battery yet though.

Works well giving a plethora of information concerning the tested battery. Easy to use.

It’s looks really do hide a truly great performing battery tester. A very good range of tests, all carried out with the most important factor - accuracy. Others on the market do ‘look’ better, where this just works as it should, and at a very good price point. The only way it could be improved would be the inclusion of a suitable storage case in place of the small card box it arrives in. Low cost and high performance. Superb little tool to have about.

Update:// 23.09.25 Das Gerät funktioniert tadellos. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundendienst, wurde mir problemlos geholfen! Sehr guter Kundenservice!! Ich bin jetzt voll und ganz zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Die Messergebnisse liegen jetzt auch in der Toleranz! Klein, handlich und praktisch. Ideal wäre noch eine kleine Packtasche beizulegen!! ————————————- Alte Bewertung: // 15.09.25 Das Gerät ist eigentlich gut verarbeitet, aber leider versagt es auf ganzer Linie! Die Messergebnisse für die Batterieleistung weichen leider extrem ab. Es wurde mit einem Werkstattgerät verglichen. Entweder habe ich ein defektes Gerät gehabt, oder die Software ist einfach noch nicht richtig ausgereift.
