I charged them for a while, while I sorted things out following a holiday. When I put the left one in and adjusted it I was quite impressed the right one took longer and whistled after a few seconds. I eventually got it to stop As soon as I ate something they both whistled so they can't be used while eating. I took them out and after dinner put them back. The left one didn't work the right one whistled. I put them back on charge to fully charge them and the left still didn't work and the right one whistled. They had only worked as a pair for about fifteen minutes. Don't touch them they're absolute rubbish.

Was all fine to begin with - then blue one, left side, failed - I tried to get it to work but couldn't. Wish I could send them back for replacement but this item cannot be sent back according to Amazon.They were comfortable enough to wear but volume isn't great.

Ordered these for my husband as we were having issues trying to get batteries for his current hearing aids. He finds them comfortable to wear he has to a small screwdriver to set the volume but not by much. He now has to remind me not to shout. 😁

Right ear worked perfectly blue one won't stop buzzing tried everything turned up the volume no joy turned down the volume still wouldn't work so am returning them
