It cut hard toe nails, but it's hard to get under the nail to cut it.

I have arthritis in my hands and Parkinson's Disease has weakened my muscles. I am unable to cut with any kind of nail trimmer--except this one. I received it 5 days ago and have only trimmed 2 nails with it. So far, it works very well. It's SHARP! The handles are not soft, but they are not as hard and slippery as all metal clippers. The handles are made of a textured, dense rubbery material. They are not slippery. I'm right-handed but yesterday, I was able to trim my right thumbnail with my left. Have never been able todo that before. Only time will tell if the clippers remain sharp and don't fall apart. As of today, I really like them.P.S. You can sharpen clippers with narrow, 3-sided (triangular) metal files found in jewelry-making supply stores.
