Best heat pack I've purchased. Filling is packed tightly, perfect size for beck and the wider back section Is also perfect for the tummy. Versatile a good quality. And the lavender scent is likely all natural, very soothing.

The pad is unique in the sense that it can be used in almost any body part. The only qualm I have is that it is too heavy for my wife. Otherwise the heating pad is easy to microwave and easy to use.
