**Q: What is happening to these cookies? Over the last 2 years they have been changing. They have gotten smaller, darker, almost too hard to eat.**

Because we use only high-quality natural ingredients, there can be slight variances in the flavor or texture of our products. We do not use any artificial or natural flavors that would typically mask these variances. A: Depends on your definition. We can’t have dairy or grains, but can eat these.   Not as tasty as mom’s “evil” desserts, but awesome for those with diet restrictions.

The crunch is substantial and satisfying—very similar to a classic "Famous Amos" style cookie rather than a soft-baked one. What to Know: Flavor Profile: They are smartly sweetened with coconut sugar, so they aren't cloyingly sweet. You get a nice hit of dark chocolate chips in every bite, and the almond flour adds a subtle, nutty richness. Texture: These are very crunchy.
