I used 2.5 boxes of this so far, and unfortunately, it did not help me in any way. To me, it felt more like consuming a sugar strip or candy rather than a solution for hair fall.Instead of spending more on this, I would strongly suggest visiting a dermatologist who can provide an actual treatment plan that delivers real results. The melts taste well and the packaging is cute. The health benefits are highly suspicious. I ordered these melts in the hope my hair would become more shiny or healthy; however my hairfall increased substantially. There was more breakage. I stopped consuming them; I had almost consumed 70% of the melts.I would not recommend this product.
