Its great , I've used it almost 1.5 years now.
great quality, only glitch I need to remove and reconnect the HDMI sometimes. I know the fault is not with the cable or the source. It's a decent buy otherwise.

Shockingly big screen at an affordable price
Unbelievable resolution of 3840x2160 at an affordable price and great quality. Gives multiple mode options of high brightness, cinema, standard, dynamic contrast and custom. The Cinema mode for watching movies is a perfect setting. Otherwise I use a low brightness custom mode for regular computer working. Very low brightness of 5% is bright enough for my working.MacOS supports a night shift mode with this monitor and automatically switches to warmer tones from sunset to sunrise, which is a feature I love.I can stack two full screens back to back as it is supported by the high resolution. Though I am doing it with landscape mode monitor, it will look better if the monitor is tilted to portrait mode and stacked of two windows one on top of another. Will try this combination. Why 4 rating and not give 5? Five reasons. 1) The power plug is a 15A plug. It gives an impression as if the monitor is going to draw kilo watts of power with a 15A plug. So I had to rewire my house and put an extra junction box, which cost me another Rs 2000 just because of this monitor power plug. 2) The configuration button at the bottom is flimsy. My earlier LG monitor of 27" wide screen broke at the adjustment switch. The monitor itself became partially useless after the switch failure. I hope the same doesn't happen to this monitor. I don't understand why they can give a multi control panel to adjust brightness & contrast and switch monitor modes. The single control operation is flimsy. 3) No USB-C connectivity. Just a HDMI port and a DisplayPort. Not even an old USB port. 4) Landscape mode only. Cannot be rotated to portrait mode so you cannot stack two windows at 2160 x 1920 (each window resolution). 5) The user guide / manual says the monitor can tilted front & back by few degrees. Mine cannot be tilted. Just rigid.

Exceeded my expectations
Bought this for 24.5K thinking it would be OK monitor but it is great, there is not even a hint of Backlight Bleed which is hit and miss when it comes to monitors and your mileage may vary. The Blacks are very deep and uniform. The stand is very good and easy to manipulate and allows all sorts of movement even making the display vertical, but be warned that to do that you have to first push up the display to its max position, then pull the bottom so that monitor is facing towards ceiling, then rotate. While tilting up in the second step you will require some clearance in the back of the monitor. (about a foot from the wall). The stand is very clean and doesn't cause any waste of space on your desk.It supports side by side picture also called PIP or PBP, so you can watch inputs from both HDMI and DP at the same time.It also has a built in USB hub so you can leave your mouse/keyboard connected to monitor and connect a single USB cable to your laptop from monitor, the main USB cable comes in box, that way to change the laptop/pc you have to just switch one USB cable and your mouse/keyboard will work with that second laptop.Did I mention? This is very professional looking, kinda minimalist monitor and doesn't have any "gamer" look, which to me atleast is a PRO not a con and I think many people would like that as well. From software perspective, there's a window manager available from Samsung website but I didn't find that very useful. However, you can download and install "twinkle tray" in windows 10 and you can control the monitor brightness from windows itself. No need to finger the monitor. The colors are very good as expected from a Samsung display, it's no amoled but I can not tell it from IPS. Viewing angles are amazing.CONS:- Only 1 HDMI and 1 Display Port. No USB-C.- 75 Hz (you can get higher refresh rates at same price in other brands but USB hub and PIP modes and a clean look were something I preferred.)Will review again after using few months if I remember. If I don't just rest assured that I am satisfied and did not find any glaring issues.

Wonderful Monitor! But you have to know some things before you buy…
It has been two days since I got this monitor. After a lot of research I got this and settled with this.My requirements were: 27 inch | 4K | IPS | 60Hz | Modern design which I likeI did not like the LG 27UL550 or LG 27UL560-W as I felt they were not that much of a good designI and the power adapter like a laptop is not impressive at all IMONow coming to the monitor. It is excellent. The clarity is amazing, vibrant. If you have the budget please go for it. 10/10 for everythingNote, Before you buy understand the following:1) This monitor is a 4K @ 60Hz panel. To enjoy the monitor at it's very best resolution make sure your device(i.e. PC or Laptop) supports HDMI 2.0 or above as HDMI 1.4 only allows 4K@30Hz2) This Monitor comes with a 16Amps power socket. But don't panic, no monitor in the world needs 16Amps power. Simply buy a 5Amps to 16Amps converter at your local market or online and use it. That is fine. You can even google saying "My monitor came with a 16Amps power socket", lot of forums will suggest the same solution that I said. I recall a benq monitor also using the same 16Amps socket.3) HDR10 works. But your device should support it. It was instantly showing in my Mac when I connected it. After enabling it, I could see the content in 4K@60Hz HDR10. You can find lots of youtube videos which offer HDR10 videos. That's all. Samsung has always excelled in it's product. This is no exception also.I am absolutely in love with the monitor. I recommend you to buy as well.
