The media could not be loaded.  Added Video; Bluetooth works fine. There is a video to prove it.Update: after two months.The batteries are still at almost full charge. So the bluetooth module is superior as far as power management compared to the wireless fob door locks.If you read reviews that the lock doesnt work or it has a short throw. I am 100% convinced they didnt make sure the hole is clean or the striker plate is mounted correctly. I am having NO problems with this lock. in fact I think it is the best constructed one out there.Original review follows.... I still believe because of the clear plastic buttons on the keypad that this lock is superior to all others available. Take a look at the keypad those are clear plastic with the letters embedded in them. It is not a rubber membrane like you will see on the most expensive key locks. (There are many videos how these membranes give out) These are not a sticker that absolutely is going to wear out in the Sun or winter cold.I dont need keyfobs and this doesnt have them. The purpose for me is not to carry anything. Carrying a Key or a keyfob is about the same thing. The phone app for me works great. pen close or even change the code of the door. I dont know what people are complaining about. Works fine for me. I bought 4 locks BEFORE this one and spent way more money. The KOHREE is superior in every way.This LOCK does has a strange design. There is an on off switch on the back. That doesnt just turn off the bluetooth it turns off the keypad too!! In the questions the vendor says that the batteries will last 6 months. I cannot believe that a bluetooth module will last 4 months on four AA batteries. I am in day 2. Ill report back. Id consider a month pretty good. I see ZERO reason to turn off the keypad with the switch.Best lock out there in my opinion Ive installed 4 of them to date including the HEAVILY advertised one that costs $230.

Was able to install this product fairly easily. However, the lock mechanism feels very cheaply made and doesn’t feel secure. That combined with the fact that the keypad only locks the deadbolt, but won’t unlock it. The motor is working (which is loud and annoying) when it tries to open, but nothing moves. Fortunately, the key still works the lock. The screws are also very cheap and strip out very easily. I’m stuck with this lock in until I’m able to get a tool to remove a stripped out screw. Worst product I’ve purchased for my RV ever. Will update if customer service gets back to me. Unfortunately, I’m past the 30 day window to return it.

This product is junk. Will NOT stay locked.You can lock the door and pulling the handle a little harder than normal the lock will not hold and the door open get up. Tried contacting the manufacturer with NO help.Want to return this item but can Not by Amazon.Totally disappointed.

It’s really nice… when it works. I got this in case I got locked out, or just not having to worry about having keys on me. Half the time the lock gets stuck in the out position, completely unacceptable! Now I’m more likely to lock myself out, thinking that I can just use the keypad. Nope!Update: I adjusted the striker plate, and it hasn’t been hanging up on me for at least the last week, but I still don’t really trust it…we’ll seeUpdate: been working well for at least 6 months now. Would recommend for the price. Not the best, but it does the job.

I installed the lock and made sure all wires tucked away neatly. Snugly tightened all screws. Pressed lock on the app and I could unlock it by pulling on the handle. The bolt was only extended approximately a quarter of an inch. I thought at first I had a defective unit. Then, the trim carpenter in me felt that I needed to clear the wood under the strike plate about an eighth of an inch. After clearing material behind the strike plate I pressed lock on the app, and to my surprise, the bolt extended completely and the door stayed locked. Another surprise was the fact that when the bolt is fully extended, the handle locks as well.

The amount of wire I side the lock and the routing made it impossible to install on my RV. Eventually one of the wires broke trying to route them around the screw holes. The Bluetooth pairing and lock button and the quality of the latch itself seemed good. The keys and the physical lock need work. The deadbolt shaft seems like it only partially engages.

The product looked great out of the box. Sturdy and solid. We tried programming it before we installed it but could not get it to program no matter what we did. The instructions were easy to follow. Once we installed it. We could get the initial code to lock the door but it will not unlock the door. We are not able to get the door knob to program, nor are we able to unlock it with the set up code. It unlocks with the key and manually from inside. It locks with key, manually and the code on door. The app was easy to download and it found the lock with the initial code in lock; but it can’t open it either and can’t program it either.When we tried to contact the support sight. It has a message that the website is unavailable and will be back. We have tried for 2 days without my luck to contact someone. We would like another lock just like it but we want it to work!

Perfect if you always forget your keys!!! Easy to install installed in three hours.
