After quitting my smoking habit for about 10 years. I recently had a moment of "would you like one"?? in a social setting of American Spirits Light Blue freshly bought and properly packed. Well it quickly escalated.Ok, my intended review was on how awesome the improvements to the patch since the last time I used them are amazing.The improvements in the adhesive is so crazy that I had to intentionally locate and remove the patch after I cleaned the walk in shower and I always shower after. The Neenoxtub patch applied the prior night was still firmly attached and seemed dry!! I love the ability to cut in half safely and accurately.Ready to have your suits to not smell like smoke?? I highly recommend these patches..I am currently using them and my goal is squarely in my sight. Good Luck to everyone for making a choice to move in a healthier direction and start to gain back some our life. After all , our life expectations have decreased 2 years due to the pandemic.

Needing help to re-quit two years after foolishly believing, "oh, I can just have a couple of cigs..." I chose this brand because, quite frankly, they were cheaper than the others. Turns out this is exactly the support I needed! Since slapping-on the first one a week ago, I've had zero physical craving ("habit" cravings are a whole 'nother story, but so far I've resisted that, too!). I've had no skin irritation from the patches, and they adhere well. Highly recommended to quitters!

These have Nicotine but also other natural ingredients to help you quit smoking. They do not have the adverse effects of other patches which have spit up my heart rate and increased my blood pressure. They are not as powerful as regular patches though. Definitely takes an acclamation. To get adjusted to them and start cutting back. I’ve been alternating these patches with other patches and it’s worth, I have dramatically cut back on smoking.

I've gone through a few smoking cessation aids. This patch was the easiest for me. It is completely clear, so there are no awkward questions if someone sees it, and the adhesive stuck all day and night, even through a sweaty game of basketball and a shower. Highly recommend, especially as competitors are looking more pricy.
