I suffer from migraines (about 3-4 a month). I can throw this in microwave for 3 minutes, slip on my head and it provides relief for about 30 mins. No smell, comfortable material. I bought two so I could rotate in the bad migraine days to have longer.

This is best cold/hot pack I have. I store in freezer in zip lock bag, but can microwave quickly if I want heat instead. Very comfortable across face for sinus issues and being able to have compression also helps with migraines. Only pack you’ll need!

Returning. I was looking for a product that did not have any smell because products with smell usually give me more of a headache than when it began. This was advertised as the only ingredient being the seed inside of it. So either seeds are mixed with lavender by mother nature, or there is lavender added to the mix. Had to remove within a minute of trying. Wishing this product could be made with glass beads like other eye masks. I like the design, just not the smell.

This has been a wonderful produce that has helped with my migraines. The heat and compression I can get from it provides pain relief.

Had to throw mine in the trash it was leaking all over the place
