Not satisfied with product but incredibly awesome customer service.
I ordered 2 chains 22mm and a 20mm they both discolored fairly quickly even after following the does and don't when wearing the product. NOT satisfied with the product but The Bling Factory has A+ customer service and the shipped me a new 22mm necklace.

I am very pleased with my purchase
I am very pleased with my purchase. It was the right length and diameter for the pendant I had. I am wearing it along side a 14K Gold chain, and you cannot tell the difference.
