## Questions & Answers

**Q: How does the color-changing feature work?**
A: The mug uses heat-sensitive artwork. When you pour a beverage hotter than 140°F (60°C) into the cup, the black-and-white design transforms to reveal vibrant colors. As the mug cools, it gradually returns to its original state.

**Q: What is the liquid capacity of this mug?**
A: This mug holds up to 16 oz (473 ml) of your favorite coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. The generous size is ideal for those who prefer a larger serving without frequent refills.

**Q: Is this mug dishwasher and microwave safe？**
A: To protect the heat-sensitive film and ensure the design lasts, this mug is hand wash only. Please do not place it in the dishwasher or microwave, as extreme heat sources may damage the color-changing capability.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful mug.

Beautiful mug with good capacity. It was also cheaper than the one on the local stores with the shipping cost included. It is more beautiful in person. You won't regret getting it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aesthetic and Practical
*by A***N on February 21, 2025*

This is my new favorite mug! The handle is a comfortable fit. The colors start changing to a vibrant pink within seconds of adding hot water. Even when the tea becomes lukewarm, the lotus designs are still pink, even if slightly duller. The rim of the cup also fits the hook for a tea strainer well. Most decorative tea cups I have tried do not fit a lot of tea, but this one is a great size for a heavy tea drinker. The mug is a wonderful mix of aesthetic and practical.
