At first, it was soft but by the end of the day, my hair felt stiff. This hair does hold curls very welll but doesn't hold the body wave following a wash. It also did not shed much or tangle much. It's ok hair, I just wasnt in love with the texture. It was somewhat stringy-like. Even after brushing, the curls just didn't blend well. I wore it for a month.
