I am usually pretty careful about buying any home shopping type items that claim to be the new miracle you have been waiting for. And their info-mercials w/the "but wait!...if you act now...." type phrases that try to convince you by the end that you MUST buy this product or you will be missing out. I actually did some searing on line for different product reviews and this got pretty high marks each time. I LOVE THIS!!!! I would suggest buying the whole kit b/c it really is meant to be used w/the swab brush and it works great. if you use it like it says, it will last a very long time and at the end I may end up just buying another kit just b/c I would want a new brush too (just a mental thing b/c its used to clean the potty and I feel it should be replaced every so often). At first it seems like the brush should be firmer or more structured instead of a soft swab but trust me....it def works. Follow instructions exactly as it says and you will be very happy. the little caddy first perfect next to the potty and I put one in each bathroom for convenience. at first I thought it was "just as good" as other cleaners but after some use I really am loving how very clean and white my potties look. I am having out of town guests next week and am so glad it looks so nice! many "stains" in the potty areas are not at all b/c one is unclean, they are waterline marks and the such but can still look unbecoming so to have it 100% clean is wonderful!

I bought this from Don Aslett cleaning center years ago, but then moved far away and no longer lived near the store. Fast forward 10 years...I had an embarrassingly disgusting toilet and nothing I tried made a dent in getting it to look clean. I remembered this product and found it on Amazon. I'm in love! Most of the mineral deposits melted off with little to no scrubbing (although I did swish the mop around in the bowl because I figured physical and chemical scrubbing would work best) and the tiny amount that was left easily came off with the pumice stone (which I also love...most pumice stones I have tried have big rocks in them that scratch my toilet. This one is very gentle on the bowl.) I will never go back to any other toilet cleaner/brush. The mop gets under the rim too, which I could never get with those horrible stiff toilet brushes. My first cleaning took a little more time than subsequent cleanings, due to the horrible buildup, but if I keep on top of it it goes super fast. Love, love, love this product.Also, I asked the company if it is septic safe and they said it is.

This is BY FAR - the BEST toilet cleaner on the market BUT - for the love of PETE ! Please make the brush with a longer handle!!! The brush is effective, but you have to basically get your hands IN the toilet and your nose almost in the bowl to use the darn thing. This design flaw is the only issue, and seems FIXABLE!! Please fix this so I can continue using this product.

I have been using this product for well over 10 years and I love it! It cleans quickly and easily and it actually smells nice.

This is by far the best toilet bowl cleaner I have ever used!!It is very easy to use -- by putting the cleaner on the mop brush, it is much easier to access what needs to be cleaned, instead of squirting the liquid toilet bowl cleaners you get at the grocery store all over the bowl. You use less product, the product you do use actually cleans much better, and this mop brush does not splash like regular hard plastic bristle brushes do.Even with all the scrubbing I used to do, I could never get the toilet as clean as with Don Aslett's cleaner and brush.And the best part is that the toilet actually stays cleaner LONGER than with regular toilet bowl cleaners!! This has amazed me! Not sure if it is because the cleaner cleans better and deeper, so there is nothing left to be adhered to -- but it is impressive. We have very difficult to clean toilets -- a Philippe Starck design with more nooks and crannies than regular toilets. They are a sculptural and aesthetically stunning design, but they are a pain to clean (no one ever seems to review toilets for their ease of cleaning! I wish we had been warned about this feature.). The toilet bowl system actually makes me not hate our toilets anymore.
