No such thing. The outlet is otherwise very good. You could just buy a pigtail that fits the outlet fir your device. I have these outlets for my welder.

do you make a reverse where the earth wire is on the bottom to flip it so the wire comes out the bottom?

Does it support standard 250 v, 3 wire grounding receptacle rated 15A/ 250 VAC for wall AC unit ?

The recpt that you are showing is for a dryer circuit not a air conditioner. The recp that you are looking for 15 amp 220 volt is simular but smaller. It is more the size of a standard 110 volt recp but instead of a place for two plugs it only has for 1 plug and the face has the blades in the same cong as the one you are showing.
