You can't beat the quality and amount of goods that came in this box for the price! I was pleasantly surprised when i opened the box to find a great resource folder with blank daily food & water logs, an explanation of how to plan your meals w/ the products, a list of "approved" foods outside the product line, etc. Truly, a great and unexpected resource that made putting this weight management program into practice on day 1.I especially appreciated the "variety boxes" of bars and shakes. It was easy to find flavors/products i liked and others i didn't as much. For the most part, the bars are excellent and filling (most of my dislikes are just personal flavor preferences). The bars tend to be a little dry, but that's to be expected with this type of food...plus, it makes it easy to drink a glass of water with it! The shakes are also very tasty in my opinion.This box only came with one type of soup to try, so i bought other flavors separately. Personally, i find the soups to be perfectly fine. I mean, they aren't like the best soups you've ever had in your life. But, again, for the purpose they serve, they aren't too bad. I usually add an approved starch as a side to bulk up the meal.Also included in this box is a 60 day supply of a daily multivitamin and your required DHA supplement. Awesome! I guess i didn't read all the product info and didn't realize i would be getting those as well. Truly, great value as those items alone would cost $15-$30 to purchase individually.My only wish is that there were more of their crunchy snacks in the box, as salty is what i crave the most. I did buy an additional box of crunchy snacks to fulfill that need for myself and they are very good, so i am glad i did it. But, would've been nice to have more of those instead of, say, a whole box of hot chocolate packets (that seems redundant after a whole box of sweet shakes).My last comment is that it might be better to have the pancakes mix or some other breakfast thing instead of the whole box of oatmeal. While the flavor isn't horrible, the texture of the oatmeal is off-putting. It reminds me of the old pots of Elmer's paste that we used in elementary school in the 80s. Not appealing. Again, the taste isn't too bad, but it just looks gross.All in all, i'd give the box a B+ for value for the money and for product line taste and amount.

Wasn’t very impressed

I ordered the 1 week samples to see if I would enjoy this plan since I have done Optavia for the past year. My only coming would be that the sample for breakfast and lunch was all the same no variety was sent for those. So I have no idea if I would enjoy anything else from the breakfast and lunch menus.

Finally found something that works for me! I’m so excited, I hope next week is good too! I’m not hungry and energy level is good too. I enjoy the food, not sure why people are complaining, each to his own I guess.****has been one month and I have lost about 15 lbs total. Had a few cheat days. I am over 40 and this has been the only thing in years that has actually worked.

The flavors are weird. And most the foods leave a nasty film in your mouth after each bite. I don't not recommend.

In the picture it shows the variety box of shakes and variety box of bars however what I received was not a variety pack at all. Very disappointing since I was using this to try the different flavors

Wow ... delivery was much quicker then expected ... so I am getting started today!What I’ve eaten so far ... was pretty tasty ... I have no complaints.The plan is laid out well and takes the guesswork out of what to eat.I am excited and looking forward to posting an update in 28days to share my success (fingers crossed)
