How do you get the floss into these? Like a typical sewing needle eye? I have poor vision and am wondering if I'll be able to use these.

Just thread the floss through the eye like a sewing needle. It is sort of like an upholstery needle.

Can the top of bottle be unscrewed so that you can refill it?

Yes. The top unscrews and the bottle can be refilled.

Where can you buy the refills? Would it be just as cheap to buy a entirely new bottle instead of dealing with refills?

Haven't looked into that. Think I'll get new bottle. Would be a pain to load it I think.

The item did not meet my expectation. I thought it would be much thinner and smaller. Also it should have been sealed properly for hygienical reasons, mine was in a unsealed paper envelope. Hope this will help
