As the machine was pre-heating, it suddenly stopped heating. The power light no longer activates and the surface does not heat. I have seen that other users have had similar experiences and I am unsure why this product has not been improved. At first, I believed that it was an issue with my outlet but after extensive troubleshooting and trying different outlets and checking my breaker box, I am 100% certain that this product is defective out of the box. I've previously used products from REVEL and found that they were exceptional and reliable, but this is an anomaly.
