Well designed cooler except for filter access. Works well and good install directions on line. Just wish filter had an access door on the side rather than removing bottom panel that has access screws facing the floor.

I am upgrading our old fountains at work. I've got two now. Install was decent, just triple check everything stubs out where needed, to help myself, I made a cardboard template of the space needed. Seemed to help. I think it should come with one. I had to trouble shoot a few things, a wire came loose during shipping, so first startup was troublesome. The fan seems kind of noisy, but we do have stone floors and concrete walls, so sound is noticeable. Everyone loves the cold fresh water though, especially the bottle filler. Now time to strip and wax the floor...

We had it installed just in time for our Vacation Bible School ... 85+ children. We just need to check on the 'filter' light that lit up only after around 100 bottles were filled. Otherwise, it's working great!

Our team is overjoyed with this addition to the facility. It has spurred great competition in who can consistently drink their water goals. We love being able to see how many single use bottles we have saved. Great product. Only had one issue with a fitting leaking during install but pretty easy fix.

We bought this a couple years ago for our theatre lobby and it has worked perfect ever since. For our actors, this is perfect for them to refill their water bottles time and time again with cold filtered water. It's a great design and completely accessible to everyone. If you are in need of a new drinking fountain, look no further.

We have been happily using this for about two years. Initially we purchased extra filters. Now, it is time to replace those filters. We ordered the same ones recommended and Elkay brand 51300c, and the new filters do not fit this model. We have purchased about 4 replacements to try to resolve the issue as we thought we must be installing it incorrectly. Then we realized the older ones are smaller by about 2" than the ones currently labeled with 51300c. On Elkay's website, we can apparently purchase the smaller version of this model -unfortunately for twice the price of the ones available everywhere else. Very disappointing!

Love this thing. Had installed professionally, he said it was a beast(including the filter). Only draw back so far is the filter light came on within days. Still works great. UPDATE: We’ll, it didn’t last as long as it should have. Had to order a replacement today, less than five years later. The previous one we had lasted eighteen years. Still, everyone here loves it and it saves money, saves on waste, and our water tastes great...

This is a very nice water fountain unit which I installed in a church lobby. There has been several positive comments made about this, so users are happy with the unit. As is probably true of most units like this the amount of space available for the three necessary utilities (power, waste water system, and source water) is very limited and not very flexible. My advice is to reconfigure your utilities in the wall precisely the way it is documented in the product literature. I did not do that and had to reconfigure things as I went. The resulting installation was subject to many adjustments, elonging the installation time. The installation documentation lacks lots of details, which may not be important for professional installers, but impacted my own installation as a non-professional. I reviewed the documentation prior to purchase, and was left with the impression that there was a lot more space for utilities. It turns out that space is really, really limited.

I think this will be a great product once the company sends someone out to fix it. Apparently, the "motherboard" has a manufacturing defect. Getting to understand this took our plumber and electrician many problem solving attempts and finally a call to Elkay. This has cost our non-profit/charity a lot of extra money. Hopefully they will send out someone soon.....
