Would you be able to use this for food grade applications? Im thinking of a cooling loop for beer.

Copper has better thermo properties. I’ve used coiled lines for the operation but ran ice water through it in a loop:easy to clean the outside of the line and easy to keep your beer from getting contaminated. Copper would be ideal though.

Is it annealed stainless?

I would have to say it is annealed judging from the good workability during bending and inverted flaring.

Is this suitable for nitrous hard lining?

Yes it will be fine due to the working pressure is 3k psi and your nitrous pressure should be around 800-1k.
