This fun little pan popped out of the box and shiny and new. I'm not much of a cook, but the shall had interested me. I knew this was something more than Grandma's front pan. Wow! Was I right. I love this pan. Need a little pan for a grilled cheese sandwich? Nothing better. The sides keep it safely in the pan while the slipped end allowed the spatula to slide down and under the bread so easily. I've not slid one off the side it end yet.Did I mention sauteing mushrooms and other veggies? Great again! The sides contain the product. Then,. When everything is sauteed, it's easy to skip then into the inlet... Which I think is the real people of this pan. I love it! No sticking! Easy cleanup. Ready storage. Hey... If I were a camper, this little pan would be so easy to take along. Yes! Bought it as a fluke, but now use it daily.

I have purchased this pan twice now. Once for my house and the second for my parent's house (After my Mom saw how easy it was to use). It is very easy to clean and flip omelets in. My husband loves using the pan for his grilled cheese sandwiches.

It's supposed to be non-stick but even when I add some oil/butter before I cook my eggs it will sometimes stick lightly, it is still easy to clean. The wooden handle is a bonus for me, since it keeps me from burning my hand. Also I like that curve at the end of the pan. I didn't notice when I bought the pan that it is made of iron, it looks like stamped steel and is a bit heavy for such a small pan. I have used this for eggs, sausage, pancakes and grilled cheese and it is perfect for those when you cooking for one or two people, I wou7ld recommend it

This is my first Amazon review, but after using this product, I am compelled to. This will be my go-to egg/omelette pan moving forward. No oil or spray is required; it truly is nonstick. The pan heats and cooks evenly producing great folded eggs. The tapered lip and solid handle allow ​for easy plating. The only negative I have is that I would like to buy additional pans in varied sizes.

This pan style is a Japanese inlet pan. There is a video demonstration posted within the listing. I have long desired having a pan of this style but not seen one for sale. I’m so thrilled! I want to make the sweet egg that is used in Musibi and sometimes Sushi. This pan looks like it should just fit the bill I appreciated the warm note that came with it. From the pictures it looked like a normal, everyday use pan. The quality seems fine, but it is really small for a one pan kitchen.

My omelets are stunning. I use the pan for other items like pancakes and hamburgers. The handle is strong. It came with no chips or damage. Ideal pan for a meal for one to two people. Cleaning time is seconds. I will always have one of these in my kitchen.

I have zero criticism. Absolutely smooth surface, easy to use. Had a well cooked omelet. I worried that it wouldn't finish cooking in the mid layers, but it was perfect and clean up was a breeze. LOVE IT!!!
