Great windscreen mount, the re-mountable suction fitting is great, I've never found one better. The vent mount looks OK, but wouldn't fit the small vents in my Mazda. Easy to install, easy to place and release phone.

A really well-made phone holder. The clamp for the air vent is well designed with a solid grip. The phone is held in place firmly but simple to release from the cradle at the touch of the button. Have tested the suction and seems solid. Really like the fully adjustable arm.

I bought this because the rotating suction mechanism looked more robust than the lever mechanism of all the previous holders I have used, all of which eventually fell off the windscreen! The only real test of this new one will be how long it survives.The construction looks fairly robust and the phone release button is easily located.The instructions were very clear; better than the usual Google Chinese/English translate. The after sales arrangements look ok, although when filling in the warranty details on the internet there was no "submit" button at the end of the screen, so until I had an email from them I wasn't certain my details had gone through.The packaging was professional and contained everything you need, including cleaning wipes for the windscreen.A ventilator mounting was also included. I have never got on with these. They put a lot of strain on the plastic vent to which they attach and unless the ventilation vents are VERY stiff, a heavy phone will flip from side to side as you drive. Maybe if you drive something better than a Volvo, it will work for you; for me it went straight in the bin.Overall, this mount seems very good. Perhaps I should do another review in a year's time if it's still in place.

I have been looking for a solid phone holder for a while and looked at the reviews for this holder and also the customer service that people have had, all I can say is excellent. I also received a circular adhesive pad which they are trialling for an uneven dashboard, it works very well and gives you a flat surface for the mount to be suctioned to. Once in place and firmly locked down this holder is excellent, even on a bumpy road, and believe me there are plenty of bumpy roads in the uk! The release mechanism is good, one touch and the clamps open up for you to grab your phone, clamping of the phone is very easy and works well. The opening at the bottom allows for the input cable to your phone to be easily plugged in. Vertical use or horizontal works good too as in horizontal mode I use the map on my phone. All in all at the moment I can't fault it.

The media could not be loaded. This is a truly universal phone holder from VANMASS. You can affix it to the windscreen, the top of the dashboard and/or the air vent(s).The suction mechanism is perfectly strong enough to hold my iPhone 11, without the need for the additional sticky pad, with no problem and I don't doubt it can hold much heavier and larger phones too.The clamp holds my phone just fine and is released easily by pressing the button on the back of the holder. Plenty of room to use the phone's buttons and insert or remove the charging cable (for those longer journeys) and in my preferred set up on the top of the dashboard the phone is held very rigidly with little to no vibration.Luckily, for me, that is the optimum position. Distance from eyes to device, angle and clear view without needing to turn my head or anything else in the way. As unfortunately I find with the holder fully extended there is a fair amount of vibration and movement. So much so, it'd be just as well having someone hold the phone and tell me the directions. But as I am often in the car alone, this set up is perfect!The kit comes with an air vent clamp that you attach the holder to.This could be perfect for many as a quick 'fix in position' for maybe those short journeys but I found it to not be suitable. I am pretty sure, assuming I attached it correctly, that the problem is not with the clamp design, but more with the air vents being vertical on my car. As you can see in the video there is quite a bit of movement. Which, when driving, was not good at all :-(Other than those issues, I find the holder to be just perfect for my needs and in the position I use it and I'm very happy with it.Recommended!!

Firstly, let me deal with my title. I didn't find the product as described. The photographer earned their money on this job.The unit itself fits both my iPhone 14 Pro Max and S22 Ultra, although anything larger would struggle. You will find the phone holder and arm very much a chunk of plastic that will obscure your view if you are not careful. I the past I have had much slimmer phone holders than this. With it being a lot of plastic, you will find the device will bounce when you are driving. You cannot overcome this issue as the finger nuts you use to tighten the arms is plastic. I feared breaking them if I over-tightened them. To release the device, you have to press a button at the rear of the phone holder. The operation of releasing it is easy enough and there's a clear channel at the bottom of the holder for your cable to connect to your device.Would I say it was value for money? Yes. However, I will get a new one. I don't like the great thick arms, in my car its like putting a silk purse on a Sow. I will go for a holder that will allow me to connect my phone to the charging cable by clicking it in with one hand, instead of the ham-fisted way I have to put my device in this cradle.

Everything is good but it's not 100% solid. When loaded it does shake around a bit while driving but my phone has a 5000mah battery and weighs a half pound. The slop seems to come from how thick the suction cup is, there's play in the rubber.

I installed the upgraded VANMASS holder Wednesday, 2/17/2021. Because it was unseasonably cold, cloudy, rainy, and I did not have a heated garage I waited the recommended full 3 days before I mounted the phone. I was impressed with the way the VANMASS upgraded holder adhered to the windshield. The adhesive pad was excellent and the easily accessible suction cup was easy to turn the locking ring into the locking position. The suction cup locking mechanism is clearly marked and the instruction book was excellent. It holds very tightly to the windshield. After installing it I experimented and found that not only would it hold the phone it would very securely hold my iPod Touch and my charging brick. Comes in great if you want to charge up 4 devices at one time. I mounted the holder higher than most would because I am 6'4'. My wife is 5'3" so all she has to do is loosen the nut for securing the head, loosen the knob that allows to phone to move closer or farther away and adjust them to her preference. I am very impressed with the design, functionality, and quality of this VANMASS upgraded unit. It is well made with tough and long lasting materials. The phone holder pads are cushioned, release with the push of a button, and are very strong. The pads at the bottom of the mounting pad are also cushioned and there is ample room or all mini cables to access your charging device. I have a sports car with virtually zero cabin storage space. This will be great in it as well.A few tips on installation. First, follow the included instructions to the letter. Whether you mount it on the windshield or dash you cannot get it too clean. Use alcohol wipes, not soap, to thoroughly clean the mounting area. The instruction has a chart that shows the timeline for the adhesive pad to "cure". They recommend three days but in some cases they allow you to mount it sooner. I fully recommend that you use the 3 day option unless you live where it is in the 70's all day this time of year or have a heated garage. You will not go wrong if you wait 3 days. The adhesive pad can also be dipped in plain clean water and reused if necessary. Give this phone holder a try. You will be pleased and I know the company stands 100% behind their product.
