Been using these since the delivery, without charging. Here's the experience so far:The Charging Pod design is spot on. The shape, weight feels very nice in hands, pretty light weight and NOT flimsy at all. ( matt black finish is super pretty )The battery display is crisp and clear in daylight as well. Pod closes with a nice click.I have not charged them since I received them, still shows about 72% battery.The Earbuds are appropriately sized, fit perfectly in ears ( come with medium size ear tips by default )The seal completely shuts off outside noises.Bass is SUPERB. Overall sound quality : 9.5/10I tested voice quality on call in a noisy area, it was good. Touch controls on the earbuds work smoothly, overall very comfortable.

First, the product was defective out of the box. The Left earbud was not working.Second, the product is not as advertised. It says that the multifunction button (basically a sensor) can turn earbuds on or off, pause-play songs, play next or previous songs, take voice calls, end voice calls, increase and decrease volume. However, the multifunction button performed bone of these functions. It only turns the pods on or off and occasionally pauses the track and that is also very very glitchy. None of the other functions are performed.Third, the design is extremely bad. The earbuds are klumky and keep falling out of the ear even when you are sitting. I tried changing orientation of the buds and changing the foam piece sizes to see if I could get a better fit. No use, they fall out like leaves in autumn. I would really like to know the anatomy of the people who say they could wear them while running.Fourth, the sound is really bad. It doesnt crackle or break but there is no bass (I am not a huge bass person, but it is just way too flat), the sound is very very low. And because the volume control isnt working, there is no way to amp up the sound. Even on max setting on the laptop/tab/phone the sound is just not enough. You have to strain to hear.Fifth, there is no noise cancellation.Total waste of money, time and energy. DO NOT BUY as amazon WILL NOT REFUND and will only replace. A-Z policy is not applicable because Appario retail is an amazon subsidiary. SO you are basically stuck with 1299 rupees worth of garbage. I have decided to no longer biuy electronics from Amazon because this has turned into a total scam.

The media could not be loaded.  It's sound is really good ear tip is very comfortable to wear, lightweight/battery drained fast,I don't know how but sometimes it's take little bit more time to connect, connection broke sometimes when I play music.

Reviewing the product after 6 months...Moonwalk M3 is best for listening music and online classes in the laptop in a cost effective way. My kids and family had no issues with it. The highlight of the purchase is the customer care. I had received a call from them as soon as I received the product and asked for the feedback. I thought it's a normal call and told them about the issue faced on phone calls that our voice has been low for the person at the other end. They immediately offered for the replacement. Since my intended purpose is not for phone calls, so I didn't opt for it. After around six months, my right side bud stopped working and i contacted the customer care with less hope. To my surprise, they immediately sent a new one and I'm a happy customer now.

The case was small and easy to handle and the LEDs are bright enough to keep track of the battery. The pairing process was instant and the audio quality was on par with wired earphones with bigger drivers. The touch controls were very responsive with minimum latency and overall very good product.Update: used extensively for 3 weeks and bought a third pair for relatives after they commented on these being very comfortable and affordable. Very good entry level, budget friendly TWS earphones.update: the left ear bud stopped holding charge entirely and turns off in a couple secs even after fully charged. now just sits in the case all the time.

The presentation was different that the real product.Bass is good while listening the Songs, but when it comes to call even if there is a high volume selected still volume or sound is very low. Left earbud is too low.When it comes to C charger cable.. Pathetic i think cable value is not more than 1 rupee...box its fine with the digital meter but quality of box not upto the mark

Hi i bought this product by reading specifications and i found the following faults. writing this after using the product.1> 1 single charge does not goes for more than 3 hours and only 2.5 times it can be charged by the case. so the time of playback is not more than 7- 8 hours.2> Headphones keeps disconnecting from one year to another. so sometimes music goes and off in each headpiece.3> It tends to fall of the ear, it may be designing issue also which does not keeps it in place. So it can not be used while moving, Jogging, or any activity. It needs to be sit at one place and enjoyed.4> touch sensors on both side work only when you dont want them to work. keeps pausing and changing tracks when you dont want. and when you touch them to pause the music it never works.Anyways i use it watch tv in night. so it works for me sitting at 1 place and not using it too much. but i cant wear it and go for a walk. it keeps falling and disconnecting.
