We saw both of your questions about our unicorn Hoper Ball. For a child age 7, this would be just a little bit too small, but if you pump it up all the way she (or he) will be able to use it. It won't be PERFECT, but it will work. The adult size hopper ball, on the other hand, will be way too large, even if you under inflate it.
