Protected comfort
They take up noticeable room in my everyday sneakers but I've grown accustomed to them. They provide comfort and support my sneakers had lost months ago. My feet are no longer sore at the end of the day. Puncture protection means I don't worry as much when walking through an area of construction/deconstruction debris.

The worst insoles to buy.
I just bought these insoles on April 22 2024. It’s May 1st, and these insoles have already given out. The metal plate is exposed. The edges have shown signs of tears. I have bought several Mega Comfort insoles. I decided to change to a different style. These insoles hurt my feet so bad. I will be reaching out to Mega Comfort for a refund.

I just don't get it. Folks told me this was the best insole they had ever used. I wore it for 20 minutes and threw it out. It was akin to walking barefoot on concrete. Awful. Absolutely zero comfort.
