Headset
Headphones work well. Not sure if they are noise cancelling as I can still hear sounds in the background. I really needed them for dual ear coverage. I think they work great though. Clear sound for speaking and listening.

Worked well with an older phone.
Good sound and the mic picks up well. Comfortable to wear for extended periods. It plugged right into my (much older) Polycom VVX400. Extra Long cord so you can pace around your office.

Great product
I do some work in our 911 call center. Sometimes the room is noisy and chaotic. The double ear set up blocks out most of the noise and they are very clear.

Plantronics not as good as it used to be
Update May 2025, After I posted the review below, the retailer contacted me and said I was covered under a warranty. The sent Me a new unit that is working. Thus far I am pleased with Plantronics although it has been only a week. I purchased this in October 2024 and already on April 17, 2025 the headset no longer works. It only worked less than 6 months. I was being loyal to Plantronics because they have always worked well for me but no more. From now on I will purchase the cheapest headset that is NOT Plantronics.

These did not work. I could answer the phone and hear the person, but they could not hear me.

Great buy
Great buy for the price and type of product....tested out the noise cancelling with load background noise and you could not hear anything, clear sound on the headphones too.

Great adjustable mouth piece
Really great feature the ear piece and mouthpiece swivel. Not so great feature there’s no locking the headband. It constantly stretches to the max width.
