## Description

Cellulases are a collective term for a group of enzymes that catalyze the degradation of cellulose to produce glucose and oligomeric fibers. It includes the three main components of an endoglucanase, an exoglucanase chemistry book, and cellobiase. It is not a single enzyme, but a coordinated multi-component enzyme system. Cellulase is a light yellow powder that is almost insoluble in ethanol, chloroform and ether. It is relatively stable to heat. Even if it is kept at 100 ° C for 10 minutes, it can still maintain 20% of its original activity. Cellulase reactions are different from general enzyme reactions. The main difference is that cellulase is a multi-component enzyme system and the substrate structure is extremely complex. Due to the water insolubility of the substrate, the adsorption of cellulase replaced the ES complex process formed by the enzyme and the substrate. Review: Not usable for textile enzyme washing - I bought this product to do textile enzyme-washing at home. However, the powder was almost impossible to dissolve in water - it would just keep clumping up no matter how much I stirred it - so it was basically unusable for this purpose.

I bought this product to do textile enzyme-washing at home. However, the powder was almost impossible to dissolve in water - it would just keep clumping up no matter how much I stirred it - so it was basically unusable for this purpose.
