This is a good product. Value for money. Helps to keep the heart fit on a daily basis. Installation was done immediately on the same day of delivery. Review: Worthy product ✌️ - Pros: ●Sturdy: Though it has been mentioned upto 100kg in the description, it can bear upto 120kg of weight. ●Smooth workout: No noise, no friction, ease of movement, non shaky, broad non slippery footpad. ●Customer support: After we received the package got a confirmation call from the seller. They are polite and helpful. We did self installation but their technician cleared our doubts regarding our fitting. ●Delivery: As I have heard negatively about Dehlivery courier service, I expected the worst from them. But to my surprise they behaved well, delivered the package before timeline, drived their vehicle through mud filled pathway with greater difficulty without complaining. They asked for my Aadhar xerox for official confirmation, as the package is above 30kgs. ●Looks: They gave covers for the 6 main joints. I like the color of the machine. They gave fitting manual and required tools. ●Height: After a lot of research, I chose this one bcoz of my husband's height (6'5"). Moving arms are at his comfort level of height. Cons: ◆Difficulty in fitting: Though sellers' youtube video looked way smooth and simple, it's not that easy to fix. As machine is heavy you will need help while fixing the front vertical tube. In that tube a wire goes through its inside and tied with a rubber band on the top. Plz don't remove the band before connecting the wire with digital meter board. If the wire goes inside, bringing it out is a difficult process. As we did self installation, we followed the order showed in the video by a technician. Though he did it with butter flow ease, we can't bcoz alignment of swing tube and pedal holder tube is not that perfect. Fitting of long axis rod with swing tube is much tighter and harder than shown in the video. We used lube for fitting that long axis rod, otherwise its impossible. But the techie said lubrication is not needed 😂. Plz follow the order I mention below in fixing those problematic parts, not the video order. After assembling stabilizer tubes and front vertical tube, fix the long axis with upper part of swing tube and fasten it. Then fix lower part of swing tube with front part of pedal holder tube. Finally try to fix back part of pedal holder tube with crank of main frame. If doesn't fit and can't insert, you have to unscrew the nut & bolt present at the hinder part of pedal holder tube. Now you can insert it and then fasten that bolt & nut in its original place. This technique won't be there in the manual. As my husband has enough mechanical knowledge, he did it on his own. Lateron he confirmed it with the techie, who said he would have done the same too. ◆Poor fitting of both handle bar covers: You can see it in the attached pics. But it doesn't affect the function so no problems. ◆Faulty description in desertcart: It has been mentioned, the machine's stride length can be adjusted according to the user but there are no keys for it. The techie said it's another model's description which is wrongly put there by desertcart. ◆Scam festival: I bought this for 22k in the great indian festival.
