I’m incredibly impressed with this patio umbrella. We didn’t want one that went through the center of the table. We wanted one exactly like this that we could put towards the side and rotate to be over the table or over the patio couch but also could be angled. This fits the bill and more. It’s so well made too. The parts are heavy duty and it’s very secure. The led lights are awesome and perfectly bright. The functionality of it overall is great too. It’s very easy to put up and down, tilt and rotate and then close and cover. Definitely note that you DO need the weights that are sold separately. They come in a box and you simply fill them with water (or sand if you prefer) and they by far keep it study and grounded. The weights made for this fit like a glove around the base. Absolutely love this setup!

The wife & I really like our new umbrella. It appears to be well made and easy to assemble. The wife & I really like the Lite Blue color umbrella. It looks great on our deck next to our pool. The umbrella is very easy to operate It is sturdy when open. However not sure I would want it open in anything over a 10mph wind. I don’t know what the manufacturer rates its wind rating at but I just like to error on the safe side. When we received the umbrella my wife and I were in the process of assembling it we were disappointed to find the umbrella had a hole in the fabric. The shipping package was in good condition when we received it and the umbrella was well packaged. I am guessing the hole was in the umbrella before it was placed in the box. So I promptly emailed the customer service department and received a reply back within 24 hours. They were very sorry for our inconvenience and said they would ship out a new umbrella ASAP and that we would have it in a few days. Well the new umbrella showed up at our door in 2 days. I was very impressed by this. We inspected the new umbrella and no issues with this one. Needless to say the wife & I are very please we purchased this umbrella. We got a great product and even better a company that cares about there customers and that is becoming rare in today’s society. Would highly recommend this umbrella to anyone that is in the market for one. For the money I don’t think you will find one of better quality or company to deal with.

Our first cantilever umbrella was one we paid $1700 for at a home show. It lasted about 4 years. We replaced it with one from amazon that cost $350 and it lasted about 3 years. This one cost $150 and is much nicer than the $350 one. The LED lights in the ribs work great; just be sure you get the solar top out of the box and snap it on tight. It took less than 30 minutes for two of us to put it together. The umbrella goes up and down super easily and also rotates well. It isn't top heavy like the second one we had and 4 20" x 20" pavers hold it in place well. It comes with a zippered cover and a pole to put it on and take it off without a ladder-which means I cover it every time we go out of town or I know we won't be using it for a few days; this definitely keeps the fabric from fading (our first umbrella required a ladder to get the cover so it was rarely covered and the fabric faded quickly; the second had the pole for easy on and off and that fabric still hadn't faded). I prefer a square umbrella but only the round was available and it covers just as much area. It does swing back and forth in a breeze-as did the previous two-but I wouldn't put it up when it's really blowing or try to leave it up during a storm. It does fine with just a regular summer breeze but it is a little disconcerting at first when it starts to swing back and forth. I think this one will last longer than the other two.

Love the umbrella itself. Everything appeared to be well-made and was packaged very well. The solar lights and the long in-use time is awesome! Not a fan of the umbrella cover, though, as after only 2 months the top has already ripped out and the pull string attached to the zipper completely disintegrated in my hands--I don't even see how that's possible to happen so fast. We've had mostly cloudy weather with very limited direct sunshine, and this is only after 2 months exposure. Because of the weather I have only taken the cover off maybe 3 times and now it is already useless. Overall though like the product.

There were so many 10 ft. solar light umbrellas to choose from on Amazon...I'm happy I chose this one. This umbrella was easy to put together. I'm a 56 year old female and I assembled it by myself in about 30 minutes. I use it on a patio area when I'm in my hammock or if I want to sit in my patio chairs, I just step on a pedal at the base of the umbrella and turn the whole umbrella. It turns 360 degrees and can be tilted. There's a handle that opens and closes the umbrella by sliding up and down and has a clicking lock in place mechanism. I also ordered the four bases by the same company to hold the umbrella in place. It cannot stand alone without the bases. Just simply add water or sand. I chose to add water and it holds the umbrella steady. We just had a windy day here in Chicago and it wobbled a little but no tipping over or damage. This company has excellent customer service. They respond within 24 hours by email. I first contacted them when I thought I was missing a fixing bar that attaches to the bases and holds them together. They offered to give a partial refund on one bar because the fixing bars were out of stock. I check the box again and found the fixing bar stuck at the bottom of the box in between the flap. The other 3 bars were sealed in a zip lock bag so I don't know how one fell out. I quickly notified the company that I found the bar. As I was filling one of the bases with water, I noticed three holes in it. I notified the company again and they shipped 4 new bases by FedEx. I only needed one base but they sent four new ones. The solar lights on the umbrella are not that bright, but that's not an issue because I have sufficient solar string lights around my patio. It comes with a nice cover to store away during winter.

We just put up our new outdoor umbrella. It was the perfect color we were looking for to match our front porch furniture. Dark Teal is not a common color. The umbrella surprisingly is fairly light but super sturdy. It is easy to put together. We had our 16 year old assemble it by himself. Don’t forget to attach the solar panel to the wire at the top of the umbrella, or the lights won’t work. It is also easy to maneuver, swivel, open and close, position up or down. I recommend this umbrella for the price. We almost bought another umbrella from Lowe’s for $398. Also buy the weight that recommended for 185 lbs. Our base cost $37 and we filled ours with water. Total cost is $210. We saved quite a lot!

I watched a video of this before I bought it. It looked so easy to operate. It was pretty simple to put together but turning the umbrella and cranking the umbrella is not a smooth operation. It works ok but it is so stiff I feel like I am going to break it. I also bought the weighted base that it said I needed but even with the base the whole umbrella felt unsturdy. Update: after a few days of using it, I wake up one morning, and the umbrella was on the ground. It was closed and the weights held the way it should’ve, but the umbrella itself broke. Winds were expected to be no more than 10 mph. And the umbrella was closed. Not only did I buy the weights that it recommended but I also bought extra weight. The weights held, but the umbrella broke right in the middle. I contacted Amazon and my refund was approved, but they wanted me to put it in the original box that it came in and take it to a UPS store which we do not have in this town any longer. I was going to have to buy a box that was 8 foot long to ship it back in because I did not have the original one any longer. I contacted Amazon and they are supposed to contact best choice products and they said they approved my refund but I’ve yet to get it.

It fits my patio without touching any walls. It says it takes 2 people to set up, I did it by myself without problem. Easy set up. Easy control and manipulation. It took me less than an hour to do it myself like 30-45min. Very easy. The lights don't work as great as I'd hoped but it's more light than nothing and will work for what I need. Quality materials, handles light winds well, moves around quite a bit so I can't imagine a big storm is good for it...I wouldn't. I'm 6'1" and I don't hit my head on any of it, I don't feel crammed under it. It rotates upwards to almost vertical and is easy enough to put away. I have a video on how I put the cover on, you can't do it from the ground unless you do it this way. I was surprised the cover is a different color than the umbrella. I love everything about it. I had big hopes it would fit my space and it does. It's quality and easy to use, provides a lot of coverage and is well worth the cost.

5 key parts were missing and worst part was packing for return and carrying it to the post office, above all paying $95 dollars for return cost !!!!
