Not just helping with energy :)
I bought this supplement to help with energy, and although it does give me a bit more of a "zip", it seems to have improved a symptom I have had for about 20 years, which is excessive eye watering aggravated by the outside winds. Within 5 or 6 days of taking just one of these I was able to enjoy a beautifully sunny day at the seaside without streaming watery eyes, and there was quite a wind that day. Upon researching into what could possibly have reversed the watery eyes it appears to be the Vitamin A in the supplement, so I am guessing I must have been Vitamin A deficient - which would make sense as Vitamin A is present in foods like liver which I don't eat. Very tasty gummies too, like eating sweets, and easy on the stomach. I will be increasing the dose to 2 a day now, and look to buy more perhaps on subscription.
