If the area isn’t thoroughly cleaned, the sticker won’t adhere well and will likely peel over time. Start by washing the surface with a quality car wash soap or an all-purpose cleaner, then follow up with a wipe-down using rubbing alcohol to remove any remaining residue or oils. Temperature also plays a big role. Applying these in cold weather is a mistake—they need a warm surface to bond correctly. A sunny day with direct sunlight on the application area is ideal and will give you the best results. When applying, place the decal carefully and smooth it out using your hand first, then go over it with a flat edge like a credit card to remove bubbles and imperfections. As you remove the backing, do it slowly and keep it low and flat to avoid lifting the decal. After application, let it sit for at least 24 hours before washing your vehicle. Follow these steps, and the decal should adhere properly and hold up well over time.

Paper thin vinyl and wouldn’t stick. Actually the transfer paper was super sticky and made removal super difficult. Damaged the decal and had to trash it. Would not recommend.

Very difficult to apply, it was hard to pull the decal from the actual sticker. Mine tore in a couple places, but I managed to stick them together.
