I've had this now a few weeks . So far so good .
Folding it is easy but a pain. You have to fold the monitor too that means undoing two of the screws. So it easier to leave it down.

Solid hydraulic folding treadmill with simple assembly. Bluetooth app control and 3.5mm speaker.
This treadmill comes packed really well with sturdy double-walled cardboard and plenty of styrofoam, all of the delicate surfaces like the screen and buttons are covered with a soft packing foam sheet and bubble wrap and it arrived without any damage and takes about 10minutes to get it setup with an extra pair of hands. Is easy enough to assemble once you get it out of the packaging as it's all folded down but pre assembled. The screws and washers are provided with maintenance oil and tools. You even get a couple extra bolts as spares. You just have to add four bolts and washers and two screw knobs for the LCD and hand section to lock everything in the final positions.Instructions are mostly well written and go over every bit of information you need from safety to maintenance. There are a few sections that are just images with arrows so those can be a little confusing and a written description would go a long way with the images for users who aren’t accustomed to technology. The hydraulic folding mechanism works well and you can just tap the orange part of the piston to let the treadmill softly fold down. It's a soft piston and it wont slam, to set it back into the up position you need to manually lift it but it doesn’t take much effort at all, same for wheeling it around on the stand. The handle isn’t really adjustable at all so if you’re too far out of the average height then the handles may be uncomfortable to use, though my understanding is that you should avoid using treadmill handles as much as possible as it tends to create bad habits and reduce workout effectiveness. The handles have a bit of slop in them and if you are the kind of person to hold onto the handles at all times it kind’ve bangs up and down as you run/walk.While it does fold up it doesn’t go fully vertical so it takes up a little more space than I would like but it's much better than a non-folding alternative regardless. Just pay attention to the dimensions provided in the product details and images and make sure you have the space available. The manual incline tilt has only two options at 0 degrees and 5 degrees using the wheels that you have access to when the treadmill is in the up position. It's easy to adjust but I wish it had a few more settings available. I understand automatic control would be too much but a larger range of options would go a long way for more serious runners. It's pretty quiet but this depends on how fast you are running at, adding the provided silicone oil can reduce the noise and help the treadmill run smoother and adding the oil is easier than the super budget treadmills you simply use the pouring spout and the front right of the treadmill to add oil to the motion components. The default belt tension was perfect and didn’t have any slippage or binding but the option to adjust the belt tension is present and the tool is also provided. The safety key works well, the treadmill immediately slows down to a standstill and beeps to alert people that someone may have fallen off of it. It would be nice if the string on it was adjustable but I have just tied a few knots to shorten it a little bit so it doesn’t trigger too late. The bluetooth function of the treadmill isn't for audio, attempting to pair it for audio results in a bluetooth pairing error, so the bluetooth connection is only for the gfit app for control via bluetooth phones and tablets. The app requires registration but it works well and connects to the treadmill without any fuss, you can then generate training routines that will automatically tailor-make daily training sessions based on your input information. You can also just use free-run mode and control the treadmill settings via the touchscreen on your device. If you want to play mp3’s you will need to use a 3.5mm jack which is slightly disappointing but not the biggest deal in the world if you have a device with a headphone jack, otherwise you’ll need an adapter to get the speaker going. It's a single speaker under the section where you put your phone or tablet so it can be a bit muffled and tinny sounding but if you don't like wearing headphones it's fine. The screen is well backlit and gives you all of the typical basic information you will see on any treadmill, speed, time, distance and calorie burn rate, you can set user specified programs or use the premade modes and adjust to suit or manually control everything if you can't be bothered setting up profiles.I can't really attest to the accuracy of the hand-rail BPM monitor as it seems to just jump up and down at random even when holding both handles firmly. However, due to the handle placement they aren’t the most convenient solution for monitoring heart rate anyway as previously mentioned holding the handles at all times is often a bad idea. The ‘cupholders’ are very small and strangely shaped so you won't be able to fit most moderately sized water bottles into them. The screen does have a lip for holding your mobile or tablet so you can watch videos while you work out and this works perfectly fine.Overall it feels like a solid mid-range folding treadmill with quite a few thoughtful features. I'm by no means an expert on fitness machines but I feel like this is a decent way to get some walking, jogging and running in without spending a crazy amount of money. It doesn’t fold as flat as some super-compact treadmills so it will take up a decent chunk of space but if you are actively using it the space usage is more than worth it. I can't really give an accurate valuation at the time of review since the product price is currently unavailable but if you are in the market for a mid-range budget treadmill for all-round fitness then this is worth taking a look at.
