MISSING EBOOK CODE
Purchased new- half of the e-book code is missing. of course wont let me add photo. ill try to add it later.

Firstly this is way, way too expensive for what it is. Saying that it is a nicely laid out book … but… it doesn’t cover nerve innervations of the plexuses, no detailed pathway of the nerves and to which muscles they supply. No Myotome charts … something you would expect for a book which is supposed to be specific for Manual Therapists. Also the muscle section doesn’t go into enough detail on nerve supply. No use for Level 5 sports massage … sadly; returned for a refund.
