I have worn these to the gym (strength training) and also for a run. I liked them for the gym, material feels quite thick so squat proof and the high waistband is reassuring that bits aren’t going to wobble out. They did however slip a bit when running, not enough to cause scandal but a bit irritating - nothing like having a legging yank whilst waiting to cross the road. I am actually going to get another pair as they really are comfy!

Lovely leggings . I ordered the medium . I vary between a 12 and a 14 and they fit perfectly. Nice length and nice high waistband. Very comfortable

I really rate these leggings. I have 3 pairs in black and one in the green colour way. The high waist is very comfortable and sits just right, not too high and not too low. The pockets on either side are big enough for a smart phone and earphone case, bank card and keys, although I only usually carry my smart phone. I wear them a lot and wash them a lot and they still look good. The older pairs are slightly stretchier now, but that's probably because I washed with a fabric conditioner by mistake.

Nowhere near the beautiful green colour in the picture, which has been clearly retouched, but the quality of the leggings is good. But I bought these for the colour, so I now need to keep looking for properly green leggings

I wear these for hiking. They dry very quickly so no need for waterproof trousers. The side pockets are excellent for a phone etc. They do not chafe our slide down. The added bonus is the reflective line of dots on the lower legs. For hiking or running, an excellent choice. Also lightweight for overnight packing.
