**Q: any idea what the diameter of wire is?
Are these stainless steel?**
A: These are 5mm wire and appear to be Stainless Steel.  The 5mm is too thin for me as I have some that I am trying to match that are 7mm wire.

**Q: What is the total length of the lower bar, including inclined portion at end?**
A: The total length of the lower bar is 35cm,which doesn't include the inclined portion at end.

**Q: What is the total height from the top of the curved part of the hanger to the bottom of the bar?**
A: It is 6.1inch.

**Q: Are these about the diameter of a number 2 pencil?**
A: The diameter is about 0.5CM.

    Good pant hangers - both space saving and visually decluttering

I have been converting my regular pant hangers to these as pants get laundered or cleaned and need to go back into my closet.  The uniformity of the hangers lined up is pleasing to the eye, as is the uniformity of the pants draped over the horizontal bar which results in them taking up much less space in my closet.The rubber coating is grippy enough to keep the pants from sliding around, but not so grippy that it makes it difficult or a pain to get the pants on there. The hangers are light enough that I can hold the hanger part in my mouth (sure hope my dentist doesnt read this!) so I can use both hands to straighten out the pant legs to make sure they are laying smoothly on the bar, het sturdy enough to not bend under the weight of anything I've put on them (lightweight and heavy weight jeans, mostly).

These are excellent pants hangers.  The pants such as dress slacks do not slide off.  But with the open end they are easy to take the pants off when you want them.  Also makes it so much easier to hang pants up.  This is a quality hanger.  The hanger will not bend when putting on heavy pants like blue jeans.  You cannot go wrong with these hangers.

I really, really like these hangers.  They have such a nice design and concept and are perfect for my work pants.  The only con I would say is that they are a little bit heavier than a typical hanger.  I have one of those wheel-able, metal clothing racks and these hangers make me a little nervous that they will be too heavy on my rack (but maybe I just need to own less clothes).  Overall though, they are well-made, very solid, and I do not regret purchasing them.
