Beautiful sound quality and a sharp looking speaker tower.

These are my second set of Polk "Tower" speakers. The first set are multiple 6 1/2" drivers which I use for home theater front surrounds. Look: These are high quality. They sound fantastic. But (IMHO) they are basically large bookshelf speakers. In a small room, they have great definition and I think the pair of passive radiators improve bass immensely compared to a single ported enclosure woofer/driver. But look, a large room and loud volumes, need way more than a 6 1/2" speaker. It isn't a quality or spec issue - it's physics. Speakers move air and the amount of air they can move is directly related to speaker size. For the money, Polk speakers are a value. However, choose according to room size and intended listening levels. Small speakers (Under 8") work well in small rooms. Small speakers work for quiet volume levels. In terms of quality and fit for purpose, would buy again. - - - Having said all of this, would these speakers and a decent Center Channel Speaker be a Home Theater improvement over a sound bar. Absolutely.

I have 2 in stereo Smsl ps200 dac 2 x crown mono 135ma amps Sound great. They really do techno and rap well. I came from pioneer speakers I have to get used to polks soft tweeter. I really enjoy the enclosed speaker (no port) this is the main reason I bought it. Such a unique commercial sounding setup. The xt60 do stereo well without a sub. I took a star off because both my cabinets came with minor damage to the cabinets. Doesn't bug me much but I know this will kill the deal for some.

Speakers produce great sound. They are about as tall as a normal stereo-sized case, with room for the top XT90 speakers. Great sound, great feel. Recommended for audio enthusiasts.

I was going to buy the T70 but glad I just got the T60 for my snall room these speakers can handle my Sony Receiver like a champion and they sound amazing!!

I love these speakers. Had never heard these Polk XT60's in person, but read a lot of reviews. Knew I wanted the second bass driver, and a separate mid-range driver. The sound reproduction in these is so good it sometimes sounds like you are sitting on top of the snare drum--and since I used to play drums back in the day, I know what that sounds like. I also think they look pretty good. I am only using 40w/channel--and it's plenty for me--that said, if you were to use anywhere near the 200w/channel they're rated for, I gotta believe you'd have a whole mountain of music.

Works acceptable.... But some distortion appears using my Vintage Amp Technics 7300 with 55 watts at almost 80 percent of total volume...🤔

Amazing sound! Don’t try to save money on the wires. Buy a good pair from the start and you won’t be disappointed.

co tu dużo pisać po prostu trzeba kupić ,aby się przekonać że to bardzo udane kolumny za niewielkie pieniądze . układ basu głośnika wspomagany przez dwie membrany pasywne okazał się zdumiewająco dobrze odtwarzajacym muzykę,a to do tego nie miałem pewności ,przesyłka na czas jak zwykle :]

Klang Der Klang der Polk XT60 ist insgesamt sehr gut und ausgewogen, was auch viele Tests bestätigen. Die Hochtöner sind kristallklar, aber nie künstlich oder schrill, was mir besonders gefällt. Der Bass ist trotz fehlender Bassreflexöffnung erstaunlich kräftig – ich habe meinen Subwoofer seitdem nicht mehr benutzt. Der Bass ist dabei nicht dröhnend, sondern eher punchig, was genau meinem Geschmack entspricht. Wichtig ist jedoch, dass das Gerät, an dem ihr die Lautsprecher betreibt, eine entscheidende Rolle spielt. Die XT60 brauchen einen Verstärker, der in der Lage ist, tiefe Frequenzen sauber zu liefern. Nach meinen Erfahrungen sind das keine Lautsprecher, die an jedem Ausgabegerät automatisch „basslastig“ klingen. Sie benötigen eine etwas höhere Einstellung am Verstärker, um ihr volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen. Richtig eingestellt macht der Bass aber richtig Spaß: sauber, präzise und mit tollem Punch. Design Das Design der Membranen ist nicht ganz mein Geschmack – ich hätte mir ein schlichteres Aussehen gewünscht, das besser zu meinen Möbeln passt. Daher lasse ich die Abdeckungen drauf, die ich aber als schlicht und elegant empfinde. Mit Abdeckung sehen die Lautsprecher wirklich schick aus und passen gut in mein Zimmer. Fazit Die Polk XT60 überzeugen durch einen sehr guten Klang in diesem Preissegment, kompakte Abmessungen für Standlautsprecher und einen angemessenen Preis. Diese drei Punkte waren ausschlaggebend für meinen Kauf, und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hochtöner, die in dieser Preisklasse eine herausragende Klarheit bieten. Sie geben die Höhen detailreich und präzise wieder, ohne schrill oder anstrengend zu wirken, und tragen entscheidend zum ausgewogenen Klangbild der XT60 bei. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und würde die XT60 uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – besonders für Leute, die auf klare Höhen und einen sauberen, punchigen Bass stehen.
