This is a great tool for small businesses in general The clarity of the screen is great, the touch screen is flawless m, so far no issues Is very easy to use for basic stuff, pretty much plug and play, however, you can dig into deep more complex sets ups if you check the manual Is takes a bit of taking use to it in the first prints, it took me about 5 tries to get it right (hurst wait for the sound to start rolling, it will auto stop printing) I have tried on metal, cardboard, plastic, leather, and ziplock bags, great results, very clear print, no dripping ink signs or anything.

Received a USED printer!

Overall, this handheld inkjet printer is pretty easy to use. Once you figure out the right angle and timing, it works smoothly. The printing speed is fast, which is great. Just a heads-up—when you're editing the content, definitely use the pen that comes with it. It makes things a lot easier. All in all, it gets the job done well!

Works good on certain surfaces, not so good on others. Flat surfaces using the metal guide print great. Curved or irregular surfaces don't print well and trying to guess where it prints is diffocult. They need to put a mark, on the visible side of the printer, indicate where

I bought this to use on our products. I needed something that could print on glass. I have used wide format solvent and eco solvent printers for years. It is very important to put the cover on the ink cartridge when not in use. Solvent inks get wet and then sticky and then dry to a solid. I had to use the metal bracket provided being I am doing clear glass. It had a slight learning curve on placement but now I’m zipping right along a couple weeks later. I highly doubt I will ever use this printer without the bracket because a print head touching any surface is a terrible idea and will junk it pretty quick! It really isn’t much of an issue to me but may be to others. If it changes or fails soon I will update. For now though I am very happy with it!

I never realized how much I needed a handheld printer. I’ve used this thing so many times it’s crazy. I’ve used it to print things on my boxes whenever I ship them out when selling stuff. You can print on fabric, paper, drywall, porcelain, pretty much anything you want you can print on it’s crazy. You can choose different fonts and sizes to print. It’s one of those things you buy you have to try on everything to see what all it works on LOL. This thing is super cool. This is great for labeling things as well so you can second it as a label maker. You pretty much have a printer in your purse or your book bag on the go at all times. Trust me when I say this, you will be printing things all over everything. I have printed quite a few things and I have yet to run out of ink so the ink seems to last long as well. Comes with a charger for it also. It’s rechargeable and the battery last a long time also. Overall this thing is very useful in ways I wouldn’t have imagined I could use it.

I’ve had this printer for a few years and I’ve never had any success with it for longer than a week or two without it completely failing to print. I have 4 printer cartridges that are basically full, including one that is brand new fresh-out-of-the-packaging that leaks ink on every print attempt, that do no actual printing whatsoever. I print two lines on my bottles: USE BY mm/dd/yyyy 001 18 characters. At best right now I was getting a faded bottom quarter of the 001 line. The instructions are bad and the support is worse. Thoroughly disappointed in this product which is essential to my business.
