It is an amazing priloduct. Though it's height is 6.3 ft it is very light. Believe or not even kids can carry it. High quality aluminium is used. Also it seems very good durability and sure it will last for atleast 5 years. Very easy to climb without fear of falling. But unfortunately I had to return it and get 5 step ladder. 6 step is long than expected. Even from 4th step we can easily access ceiling fan or tube light. So I can conclude that for home usage for basic things like installation/cleaning of ceiling fans, tube lights 5 step ladder is enough. So we are planning to get similar ladder with 5 step of from Bathla.

Amazing product. Was delivered in a great condition and packaging was quite good. By the weight of it you will feel like it would not be that sturdy but the moment you step on it you realise it's stability and you get so much confidence that you don't even take support of your hands. I weigh 67kg and it was highly stable for me even when I was standing on top platform for cleaning the ceiling fan. My brother weighs 80kg, he also felt the same! It was a great help for us during this diwali cleaning and otherwise also very useful for day today activity. Highly recommended if you require one.

This is an aluminum ladder.It is light in weight & stable.But plastic parts at joints are of cheap quality & have started broken in just 4 months of sparingly use.

I have purchased this product last month. Since beginning it has been making some cranky noise whenever I step on the ladder. I weigh 67kg. I was under the impression that this might be normal. Yesterday when I stepped on to another bathla ladder at my neighbour's place I was surprised that one was not making any noise at all. Since the return period of the product is over, Amazon has raised it's hands for any support. And I am not able to contact bathla at any possible contact a number. Their website is also down. I had trusted the brand and didn't go for other brands at lesser price. Never thought of having to go through such unpleasant experience. Highly disappointed.

I was a bit shocked initially to find that the 2 parts of the ladder are joined by plastic piece parts.I spent quite some time trying to understand how the stress would be distributed and what the life-class of the plastic piece parts would be... I finally concluded that the locking the the top plate connecting the 2 parts was very important and would not allow any twisting force on the plastic hinges.The packaging was very good (shrink wrapped) and box.Its extremely light and handy.For the life-class I just have to wait for the years to pass...My feel is that if the product is used carefully, no damage will occur.Has started creaking... Was probably misused by my family.
