When I just mentioned that there was a small misfit due to size...they sent me a new perfectly fitting pair free of cost & told me to keep the old one. Fantastic gesture which I didn't dream of.I highly recommend this product as it is soft, yet firm, anti skid & ergonomically perfect fit. Soft and easy-to-use very comfortable.....Practical design for home wear for an arthritic person.Soft cushion, and therefore ideal for an every needed person who moves slowly around the house.stopped hurting while walking, as the material is soft, strong and antiskid. Initially i chose a wrong size so had to return and reorder with correct size..awesome product..there's no way i can pick any negative thing about the product it is that good and comfortable to wear..its having a very soft sole and have also adjustment strap around to make it loose or tight as per your foot width..

The slippers are very lightweight, good looking, and fits well with the velcro-based flaps. The size descriptions are fine. Disappointedly , the slippers are not at all soft, as advertised. There's no cushion, which affects the comfort of wearing the slippers to a great extent. So, it's difficult to justify the value for money as the product fails to differentiate it from other regular slippers for home use available in the market.

Like all shoes and slippers, initially they feel a little uncomfortable and the strap seems to rub on the top of your foot - but with some patience and a couple of weeks later, the slippers have softened and they have become very comfortable to wear.

The sliders are comfortable and adjustable velcro straps helps for broad feet. The quality is good but they are definitely NOT extra soft as advertised. It's the usual comfort sole which you get in home slippers. So in case you are looking for extra soft comfort sole for corns, calluses or any other foot problems, then this is not the right product.

It's not at all soft.. specially for diabetic patients..I find it very uncomfortable while walking..not that convenient..but it does have a smart look
