Not used it yet until i get it back to my own country, but looked at many reviews prior to buying and happy so far. The quality of it is very well made

Quiet, powerful.

This is a great chainsaw. I am amazed at the power it has. Battery life is good enough that I cut through three stumps that were approx 12 inches and the saw was still good to go. I haven't run it down yet but I will update if I do. The saw handles well and is balanced. Great quality.

I've been wanting to get this product for a while. I have two Ego's, a blower, and a weed eater trimmer. I like them both. Got this 18-inch saw to cut firewood. Been using my husky 455 rancher for years, it works great but the whole mixing fuel, noise, fumes were getting old. So, I got this saw. Put bar oil in and used it to buck and cut up an 8 inch blow down branch on my property. It worked fine and seemed to have about the same torque and power as my husky. Was well balanced once the battery was installed. I just got the saw by itself, as I already have batteries and charger, was a good value. About half the price of a new husky rancher. Cut up the branch like my normal saw, and still had a full charge, ran it for about 20 minutes. The real test will come this fall when I cut firewood. I think I'll take my husky with me. Overall, I like the Ego's, they are well made, rugged and good power and the batteries charge quickly and last long enough for most jobs and then some. We'll see if I can cut a whole cord of firewood with the two batteries I have. A 4.0 amp and a 5.0 amp. Time will tell.
