I will stop short of the over dramatic "life saver" tag for this but WOW...searing pain in entire left arm and back of my head is GONE after 3 days of using this thing 2-3 times a day for about 30 min per session. I highly recommend this neck brace. It's weird at first. You feel like you're going to choke out but I got used to it pretty quickly. It makes me aware of how bad my posture is sitting down as well. The only downside is the maker needs to include some instructions. Once you use the brace you figure it out fairly quickly but ANY simple instructions would be helpful to start. There are velcro straps that help connect the ends of the brace under your chin A) use the straps before inflating and, B) more snug than you think you should at first. It will help keep the ends of the brace under your chin.If you suffer from chronic neck pain that is causing problems in your arms and back as well, try this thing. It's a miracle for me.

The quality of this product is better than my previous one (Calily, Amazon preferred product). The Calily neck pump would burst at the seam and air would leak out of the pump, leaving the pump useless.This pump has thicker material and feels sturdier. However, the inner circumference of the pump is too big! When I strap the Velcro and start filling air into the pump, the pump inflated around my face rather than under my chin and is not able to stretch my neck. It inflated around my cheeks and makes me look like a chipmunk.

I use this at home during those infrequent times when I get pain from neck strain. Does a good job of supporting my head and relieving pressure on my neck, but can get uncomfortable after a while, depending on how inflated it is. I'll use it on my next overseas flight where everyone has their own funny looking contraption to help sleep upright.

It worked to relieve pain but it broke and it only blows up on one side so it’s useless

It feels great. Good neck support. But it loses air and needs to be pumped up periodically. That could be a defective valve.

Helped a little. It isn't very comfortable to wear for too long, but it helps me when I don't want (or can't) go to my chiropractor.

I'm sure that this is probably a good product despite the other 'one-star' reviews, but it is definitely NOT a 'ONE SIZE FITS ALL' product. For those who wrote the 5-star reviews I think they must all have necks the size of a child or less than 15" because this device is 'TINY TINY TINY'. I returned mine the day after I received it when I could not get it to fit my 20+" man-size neck. Too bad too because it looked like it could really work, but I'll never know.
