So cute..I have this in my bathroom. Just be aware that you will need to adjust the legs with washers on the top part of the stool where the cushion sits on top. If you don't use washers the legs will not be able to be tightened. Other than that it is such a cute piece and I love it!

This was a gift for a couple celebrating the second anniversary of their civil union. They had never received anything like it and they loved it. The men placed it near the doorway of their home. It is one of the first items people see when they walk in. I almost kept it for myself, because it was so different and attractive.

I love the item, and the quality of the material is good. The construction is the only problem, the holes weren’t cast deep enough, so when trying to attach the legs they were all wobbly, and I broke one trying to tighten it. I’m still keeping it and will glue the piece back together, because I can’t find anything like it elsewhere. Gave 3 stars because I’m accustomed to much better construction quality from Toscanos.

No screws included as stated in the packaging. I went to a specialized hardware store. The legs are not made properly for any screw to completely seat. The best that could be done is to screw the legs in which were still wobbly and fill with Gorilla Glue! For $100 this should be made better! It's very cute but not usable! This item should be removed from Amazon! My money should be refunded....what a pain to ship this junk back to China! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

This is a cast resin product. The legs are poorly made with a hole in the cast material on the top. Your expected to screw from the stool bottom into the leg. The screw strip thread or break before the legs tighten. Even with washers and carefully patience the legs are at bast wobbly. I ended up putting the stool upside down, placing a board over the leg bottom to level the leg ends and filling the leg support with gorilla glue. It not wobbly anymore and my girlfriend likes it... otherwise I'd return it and get my money back. Certainly not worth the Monet I paid for it and it was dusty, dirty striaght from the... factory?

I read all the reviews prior and decided to order anyway because this stool is just too cute and I am so glad I did!!! I had NO problem putting it together it is tight and I would stand on it if I needed to. Maybe it just took a woman's touch he he he.

I encountered the same problems as previous reviewer (which I had hoped was limited to just their stool!) The legs do not tighten to the stool all the way, so I am STILL waiting for husband to solve the problem with adding washers, as someone had suggested. If you happen to have a few washers lying around to solve the wobbling problem, then, by all means, buy this stool! Because other than that issue, it's pretty great. Cute as the picture!

Found this little gem whilst browsing Amazon Warehouse and thought, I HAVE to have it! I love kitsch pieces of furniture and thought this looked fun - though seems it's more style over substance. As a footstool it's perfectly fine, but, it's not terribly big (I didn't want a monster footstool though), and the damask fabric-covered foam pad isn't that substantial, comfort-wise. The "legs" all have to be screwed in (with provided allen key), then the foam pad attaches to velcro strips on top. I found the legs were rather wobbly no matter what I did. I ended up cutting out a few cardboard templates between the screw/top layer and that seems to make it a tighter fit. Not sure if it's just bad luck on my part.* The resin legs/upper section are quite substantial in that they feel quite heavy, and are reasonably well painted, though not sure I'd have paid full price! Thanks Amazon for brightening up my living room! *Actually, Amazon US reviewers say the same :(

I love it, my husband thinks it's ridiculous, but he is a man....what does he know !!!
