OK, deadman switch is a dead man’s hand
So I was using this on a 120 circuit. It was in line from the socket on the wall to a power supply that was going to a transformer. There was only 120 going through it and it burned up and melted. This is done professionally by somebody that knows how to solder and weld properly has dealt with electronic gadgets all his life. I double checked The connections myself as well seeing how I was gonna be holding onto it. I did one 13 inch 2 x 6. I forgot to mention this is a fractal burning machine. Everything on this machine has worked all petals that we used to use instead of this device everything is fine. We’ve gone over everything. The only damage that’s done is to this button. I was able to use it for about 10 minutes and then I took my finger off the button and it continued to go. The machine did not stop. The mechanism but I’m grateful that we installed the Killswitch on the device itself because I was able to get it off without having to run for the breaker box or anybody getting hurt. If you’re using this for anything critical, do not buy it. I’m not sure what brand it is, but I will definitely make sure I don’t buy anything from that brand again .

works fine
Installed on a cable to use as a PTT (push to talk ) switch for my ham radio, works fine.

Fine for use as an Amateur Radio Tx switch.
Wired mine to an 8pin microphone connector which I can use during CW transmitting. Would have appreciated a maintained set of contacts, this switch being momentary. It's construction is fine for the application.

works ..for a while
First look and this appears to be a nicely made setup. I wired it for use on my Ham Radio. After a few weeks, it started to stay on transmit, I thought it might be a cable problem and replaced the cable. 2 weeks later, it happened again. After playing with it for a while I found that if you slam the button on the counter it will work 2 or 3 times. I took it apart thinking it was shorted. works fine. Put it together 2-3 times and it acted up again. I will try another one from a different vendor but I don't have much hope for it. Nice housing but switch inside is junk. Save your money and time, it just in't worth it.

Talkback button
I wired this up so I can pass the talkback button around the room. It also works as a punch in button and tap delay.

Stopped working after 4 months.
The switch stopped working after 4 months. I was using it as a PTT Switch for a Kenwood TS-950sdx Transmitter and it started to go intermittent at 3 months and totally quit working after 4 months. The return date is expired so I cannot get a replacement. I had bought 2 of them and will start using the 2nd one, we shall see how long it lasts. The overall design is perfect for this application except for the quality of the switch which is substandard.
