This stuff is AMAZING. I have a ton of spinal issues and deal with a lot of pain. Heat therapy really helps me so on an overseas trip with a 16.5hr flight I took these with and put them on my back. Man did they help. They actualy heat up to where you can FEEL IT and they stayed hot for longer than the duration of the flight. I was amazed and so happy as they gave me relief to help get through the flight. They do take a minyte or so to heat up but once they’re hot they work great. A must have if you run cold and have constant pain and can’t always plug in a hot pad or boil water for a hot water bottle.

These are great! They are 2x the size of hot hands and last a long time. They are great on these cold days to keep your hands and feet warm!

I’m dealing with a decreased circulation in my knee that is causing pain at rest and I wanted something to keep it warm longer than a microwave pack because it’s hard to get up and down and I am not always at home. So, these things work great. It’s just the right size to slip in my brace or wrap on my knee with an ace. It stays hot for an incredible long time. I have to have surgery but until then it’s going to be a life saver having these. These are also essential for emergency kits in case of power outages and injuries. Highly recommend these for E kits.

Works very well but initially takes nearly an hour to start producing heat. I thought the first couple were defective but later discovered that they not start getting hot in one or two minutes the way the smaller ones do. They will produce heat for more than 12 hours once they get going. I haven't checked if they go for 18 hours, or if that 18 hour run-time includes the first hour when no heat is able to be felt. Otherwise, they work very well and I have been using the regularly for several weeks now with no failures or other problems. Open it an hour before you will need it so it is ready when you need the heat.

Takes at least 15 min to warm fully. But they get very warm and last for a long time. I use them for my toddlers hands when riding in the stroller and he hasn’t complained they are too hot. Overall a good product. They are not sticky.

Takes a few minutes to heat and worth the wait. After I'm off work, I give the 4 pouches to the first person on the street I see who is camping out in the cold. They have been grateful. The pads last as long as advertised. If it starts to cool, given a good shake in the open air to reactivate.

I was originally going to return these hand warmers because after shaking and letting ten of them sit for half an hour, they were only lukewarm. I set them back in the box and started the return process. Another hour passed and as I walked past the box, I thought I would feel them again. They were pretty hot! I decided to keep them because I wanted to use them in feral cat shelters. I’m giving 3 stars because they did eventually get hot, but it took a long time. You definitely have to remember to take them out of their packages and keep shaking them way before you actually plan to use them. I doubt they stayed hot for as many hours as they claim, but any additional warmth for the kitties is good warmth when it’s below zero.

I have a herniated disc in my lower back and I was buying heat those wrap around your waist heat packs for it from the drug store. This is way more affordable and they stay hot for a long time, 16+ hours

Going to put 2 of these on my generator before bed 1 carb and 1 on oil pan, tried it this year at -30C, 2 pulls and started with hand warmers, these are hotter and larger, should be perfect.

I use this product all the time in the arena and it works for 10 hours. Great size too!

Decent heat for about 12-14hrs.
