I purchased this because of it's design and size. Unfortunately, the item came defective for me with missing parts. After reaching out to customer service I was able to get a quick resolution and response to my issue. They were extremely focused on making sure I was satisfied. I would purchase from this seller again simply because of this.The product itself needs assembly but it was pretty simple. I would caution you this item would be a chewers paradise or not really suitable for a guinea pig or anything of similar size.

I have now had this for a few months now and it is horrible, i should have asked for my money back. All of it. Biggest waste of money ever spent. This is wood, guinea pigs pee too much. The wood is falling apart, it is growing mold, this is the worst idea ever for guinea pigs😭😭😭😭 And the shipping cost as much as this piece of junk.This is horrible, so many of the pieces are damaged and put together poorly. I had to really try and fix the pieces for it to work, but this thing is junk. Indoubt it will hold up for more than a few months. The wood splintered making it a damper to my guinea pigs. I had to pay the cost of the product along with 60$ for shipping. I totally got ripped off. I got a half way done product so I should only have to pay half the cost. Do not order this item, it is junk......

I’ve received this item and though it was easy to assemble, the design and choice of materials could have been better. The paint job could have been better, the ramps for my Guinea pigs are a little steep and not enough room due to the locations on the middle tier, and the wood is not of good quality. The screws that attach the ramps are too short and could fail.

First off, I think it should be mentioned that you will have to put together the cage yourself. Might have been obvious but I was hoping it came put together, either way it's pretty easy to put together (recommend 2 people).Although overall the cage came out better than I had expected. It looked kind of small in the photos for guinea pigs but it houses my two pigs well. As for the other review that complained about the different levels not having fall protection, my pigs have been smart enough so far to not fall yet.I also really liked the openings on the top and front of the cage to be able to open, although it is a little more difficult to clean up though than a normal cage.

Is a very good looking product easy to put together but my guinea pig has eaten the stairs off and a bunch of other stuff I'm going to try to contact the company and see what they can do to replace or sell tears separately. And ask if there's anything I can do to discourage him from doing more damage. So when we set it up in the beginning it was awesome looking and real easy to clean and he really enjoys it

The media could not be loaded. My guinea pig loves his new house the only bad thing I could say about it is the little houses were too small so we just put the houses that I already had on the shelves.

The bottom tray doesn't stay in place and the guinea pigs make it slide back and forth and their mess gets everywhere, ruining my floor. Its not easy to clean it makes a mess when u pull out since tray is so thin.
