Good product at this price point.
First things first, if you want to see gains, then head straight to gym, protein can help with saving your muscles from tear and by repairing them, but for that to happen you need to first workout your muscle. Yes, the product is good at this price point but nothing extraordinary, so dont go expecting ON like quality and results here but still a steady exercise regime and regular intake of this will surely get you intended results.

Blueberry Flavour is the Worst!
I have been using Nakpro since past 6 months.Strawberry is the best in flavour and after that comes Chocolate and then Vanilla.Don’t buy blueberry, it tastes and smells like chemical or it will be safe to say that it feels like drinking sanitizer.PS: I take protein with milk and taste may change accordingly if you consume it with water.
