You can sterilize the jars but not sure about the lids: the lids are plastic.

Can you put these in a pressure cooker?

I probably wouldn't as I am not sure what would happen with the lids.

Can you sterilize the lids?

To tell you the truth, I don’t know because my granddaughter is seven months old and sterilizing is not necessary. Some plastics can withstand the heat during sterilizing, but I don’t know know about this product. I have read many of the reviews, but none have mentioned sterilization. Sorry that I couldn’t help you.
