Great phone
The phone is strong & robust as described. It is easy to set up by following the simple instructions. The battery life is great. It does everything it is supposed to. Using it I have had no problems it works seamlessly and fast. I have not tried the face recognition as I prefer the pin method. The phone is a little heavier than my last but not much, also I do not need a case. The camera is great and easy to use and the picture quality is good. If you are looking for a strong easy to use phone that will stand the odd bumps or drops you cant get any better. I would recommend this phone for it's features and the price.

Not fit for purpose.
Unfortunately the return window has closed for me now. Really slow processing. Poor camera quality. Kept freezing on me. The button at side of phone you press to use it doesn't work so I can't use it unless I plug in to charge and then enter the pin once it's opened or alerted. If I had to make an emergency call i wouldnt be able to. The screen just stays black and no amount of tapping pushing the button or swiping the screen waked it up. Useless. Do not buy.

It's ok phone works well
It's a good sold phone, battery is a bit disappointing, but apart from that it's a good solid phone, has a rist band so if you drop your phone it's still around your rist Brilliant idea that, some phones don't have that,

Worst phone I've ever had.
This phone claims to have an amazing battery life. It doesn't last long below 75% it jumps down by 20 percent every couple of seconds. I only used it twice for work. Stay away.it hasn't been used today and battery down to 20 % in less time than my iPhone 8 and that is knackered hence the reason for purchase. I'm very disappointing I really wish I got a s49
